Check that the headphones fit tightly. In wind, try turning ANC off. Passive isolation often handles wind noise better.

aptX Lossless won't activate in your device chain, or you're wondering whether Valco headphones support it.

Accepted Answer

Valco headphones don't support aptX Lossless (they use aptX HD / aptX / aptX Adaptive depending on model). With other brands' gear: make sure both ends specifically support Lossless.

aptX has the best sound quality, AAC works great on iPhones, SBC is the baseline codec that works with everything – and it's not bad either.

You can't. The package automatically goes to the nearest pickup point. If it doesn't suit you, you can usually change it through the carrier's own service using your tracking number.

Your earpad is coming loose and you're wondering if fixing it yourself will void your warranty.

Accepted Answer

Attaching or swapping earpads yourself is totally fine and won't void your warranty. Opening up the headphones themselves is a different story though. Leave the screws to us.

Accepted Answer

A light drizzle won't kill it, but the Mic Thing isn't waterproof. In a downpour, shield it or just leave it home.

We cannot repair other brands' headphones because manufacturers do not sell spare parts — it's more profitable for them to sell you a new pair.

Yes, you can. And once you hear it, there's no going back.
