All our user manuals are free to download. No registration, no email phishing, no "create an account to see the PDF." You just download the file and read it. Revolutionary stuff.
Where do I find the manuals?
All manuals are gathered on our manuals page. You'll find PDFs there for every model:
- VMK25.2 and VMK25 (separate manuals, check which one you have before downloading)
- VMK20
- VMK15
- NL25
- NL21
- Nordell MK3, Nordell Micro and Nordell Max
Not sure which model you have? Our identification guide can help.
What languages are the manuals in?
Our manuals are multilingual: the same PDF typically includes Finnish, English and German. Some of the newer ones have even more languages. Just scroll through the PDF, your language has its own section.
If your language isn't in the printed manual, good news: this support site covers the same ground in nine languages (Finnish, English, Swedish, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Spanish). Switch the language at the top of the page and the instructions switch with it. The support site articles are also more current than the printed manual: paper doesn't update itself, we do.
Lost the paper manual?
Doesn't matter. The PDF is identical to the one that came in the box, and you don't need to keep the paper version anywhere. Your warranty isn't dependent on holding onto a manual: your order number or receipt is enough.
Manual and reality disagree?
The printed manual is a snapshot of how things were at the time of printing, and sometimes production or software has moved on since then. If the manual's advice doesn't work, check the matching article on this site instead, we keep those updated. And if you spot a contradiction, let us know: info@valco.fi. We'll fix it, and you get to feel good about it and take the credit as an anonymous hero.
