What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers everything that can reasonably be pinned on us. If your headphones, speaker or other gadget decides to break without you having done anything particularly dumb to it, we'll sort it out. Manufacturing defects, mysterious electrical quirks and stuff like that fall under warranty.
But the warranty doesn't cover it if, for example, you:
• use your headphones as an umbrella,
• try to grill a sausage on top of your speaker,
• give it to the dog as a chew toy,
• or generally treat the device like it's a steel tank.
So to put it simply: normal use, everything breaks anyway → warranty's got you. Special inventions and creative experiments → warranty doesn't cover it, but we can still have a laugh about it together (and maybe even figure out a fix sometimes).
If you're not sure whether your issue falls under warranty, just send us a message. Our minions will tell you straight how we'll handle it, no pointless bureaucracy.
What if you've lost the receipt?
The warranty is verified with an order number or a receipt. If you bought from our webshop, you'll find the order number in your order confirmation email, so there's no need to keep any paper receipts lying around. If you can't find either (say, you got the device as a gift), send us a message anyway. We can usually figure out the manufacturing date from the headphones' batch code, and we'll look at your case individually. We're human too.
