What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers anything we can reasonably consider our fault. If your headphones, speaker, or other gadget decides to break without you doing anything particularly silly to it, we'll take care of it. Manufacturing defects, mysterious electrical glitches, and such issues are covered by the warranty.
However, the warranty does not cover instances such as:
• you use your headphones as an umbrella,
• you try to grill sausages on top of your speaker,
• you give it to your dog as a chew toy,
• or you just generally treat the device like it's a steel tank.
So, simply put: if everything is fine in normal use → the warranty applies. For extraordinary inventions and creative experiments → the warranty does not cover it, but we can still laugh together (and perhaps sometimes figure out a repair).
