If your package lands at your door and you immediately see the product is broken, we are sorry - we do not ship broken junk on purpose. But sometimes shipping companies treat our boxes like sumo opponents.
What to do? Send a message to info@valco.fi. Usually the process is that the broken product is sent to our service department for inspection. Once we have confirmed it is actually broken and not just hungry, we will send you a replacement - no fuss.
