The package contents are damaged – what should I do?

If your package looks like it's been through a tougher adventure than Indiana Jones, and the contents are no longer in top condition, don't panic. Sometimes the couriers test the durability of our boxes a bit too heavy-handedly.

Here's how it goes: contact us by email at info@valco.fi and tell us what happened to the package. If possible, snap some photos of the dents and damage – they help our minions figure out the situation and take care of it faster.

We will then see whether to replace the product with a new one, repair it, or come up with another smart solution. In any case, we won't leave you with a broken product.

So if the box looks like it has wrestled a bear – get in touch, and we'll take care of it. 🐻📦
