Valco headphone and speaker support

Valco is a Finnish company whose official goal is to sell enough noise-cancelling headphones to build a Death Star. So far we're a long way off, but the direction is right. Progress is slowed by the fact that a large chunk of the money goes on beer, fast cars, big watches and child support.

In the meantime we make headphones that sound good, take a beating and can be repaired if something breaks. Our repair team in Kajaani gets it done on cigarettes and coffee. You can also write to us, and we'll answer. Ourselves. No ticket numbers, no "your message is important to us". A real person, who may be in a bad mood, but answers anyway.

Did you end up here by accident and don't own any Valco headphones? Support is meant for customers, so there's not much we can do. Easily fixed, though: head to our online store, buy a pair, and come back. After that we'll be glad to help.
