Noise cancelling doesn't seem to stop wind or outside noise as well as it should. Wind blows straight into the microphones and it sounds like you're sitting in the eye of a storm.

Check that the headphones fit tightly. In wind, try turning ANC off. Passive isolation often handles wind noise better.

VMK20 headphones' battery fully drained, and after charging the power button doesn't respond and Bluetooth won't connect.

Plug in a 3.5mm AUX cable and unplug it – this resets the Bluetooth chip. Then charge the headphones fully and try turning them on again.

A credit code from an old VMK20 model doesn't work in the online store for VMK25.2 headphones. The code appears to only be accepted for the original VMK25 model, which is no longer sold.

Try a different USB cable and a different charger – surprisingly often the cable is the culprit, not the device.

In your meeting app, select your Valco headphones as both the speaker and the microphone. In noisy environments, use a boom microphone compatible with your model.

Turn off ANC with the button when you're not using it (it doesn't turn off with the power button), and disconnect Bluetooth when the headphones aren't in use.

Reset the NL25: put the buds in the case, leave the lid open and hold the case button for five seconds. Then check that the button is not stuck or dirty.
