How to track your VMK20 delivery?
You ordered the VMK20, the money left your account, and now you're waiting like a kid on Christmas Eve – but there's nothing. No tracking link, no delivery driver at the door, nada. We know the feeling. Don't worry, your order absolutely exists and nobody has run off to the Cayman Islands with your money. Yet.
Where's the tracking link hiding?
The tracking link gets sent to your email when the package actually leaves our warehouse. This means it doesn't arrive the same second you hit "Order". A couple of things happen in between: we pick your order, pack it up, and hand it over to the shipping company. Only then does a tracking code come into existence.
In practice, this takes 1–3 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower – depends a bit on how much coffee our warehouse crew has had.
How to find your tracking info
- Check your email. Search for "Valco" or "order". We send an order confirmation right away and the shipping tracking separately once the package is on its way.
- Check your spam folder. Email apps love to hide the exact messages you're actually waiting for. Gmail's "Promotions" tab is another classic culprit.
- Check the right address. If you used a different email for the order than your usual one, the tracking message went there.
- Give it a moment. If it's been less than three business days since you ordered, the tracking link might not have been sent yet. The package needs to actually be handed to the shipping company before anyone can track it.
Got the tracking link, but it shows nothing
A classic. The shipping company's system sometimes updates with a delay. Postal services and other logistics companies might show "Shipment information not found" for hours after the code has been created. Try again in a few hours. Usually the info shows up by the next business day at the latest.
If the tracking link still shows nothing after two business days, then someone has genuinely messed up – probably the shipping company, but we'll sort it out for you.
If nothing helps
If there's nothing in your email, the spam folder is empty, and it's been more than three business days since you ordered, drop us a message at info@valco.fi. Include your order number (you'll find it in the order confirmation, if that hasn't also vanished into the email black hole) or at least the name and email you used to place the order. We'll dig up the details and let you know where your package is at.
The VMK20 is absolutely worth the wait. And every delivered package funds our Death Star by roughly 0.000001 percent, so thank you for your patience – it's galactically important.
