If you open the package and the headphones look like someone already listened to a couple of albums on them before you, don't worry – you haven't received anyone's old earwax collection. 😎
We occasionally need to open individual packages for quality control, software updates, or testing, and this can leave small marks. The product is still completely new and unused, unless stated otherwise.
Note: We also sell warranty-refurbished used headphones at a slightly lower price. So if you ordered a refurbished unit, it's perfectly normal for it to look used – but it still works perfectly.
