Sometimes a purchase just doesn't hit the mark. The headphones squeeze, the ANC doesn't do what you expected, or the device just doesn't feel right. It's not the end of the world – even though we'd love to keep your money (the Death Star doesn't fund itself), we have to admit: the wrong product is the wrong product.
And here's where we need to say one thing straight up: if you ordered a Nordell Micro speaker and you're complaining that the headphones don't fit your head – it's a Bluetooth speaker, not headphones. A small, 200-gram box that plays music on a table. You don't put it on your head. If you received the wrong product or accidentally ordered the wrong device, we'll sort that out too, of course.
Check these first
- Did you order the right product? Nordell Micro is a portable Bluetooth speaker, not headphones. If you need headphones, we'll find you the right model.
- Is it about ANC? The Nordell Micro doesn't have noise cancellation, because it's a speaker. If you were expecting ANC, you've probably been looking at the wrong product page – or we somehow managed to mix up the packaging, which is rare but not impossible.
- Is the device faulty? If the speaker isn't working properly, that's a different thing from a return. We'll repair a faulty device – that's what our service centre in Kajaani is for.
How to return a product
Returning is straightforward:
- Send an email to info@valco.fi
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return label if needed
- Pack the product in its original packaging (or equivalent – just make sure it doesn't arrive in confetti)
- Your money will be refunded once the device has made it back to us
Under EU distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to return a product. The product needs to be functional and in reasonable condition – so yes, you can try it out, but don't take it rallycrossing.

If you actually need headphones and not a speaker, tell us what you're after. Do you want:
- Wireless earbuds – small, light, fit in your pocket
- Over-ear headphones – bigger sound, better ANC, go on your head
- Or is the Nordell Micro the right device, but something's off? – tell us what, and we'll figure it out
We'll help you find the right product. We have zero interest in selling you the wrong device – an unhappy customer doesn't buy a second time, and the whole point of our business model is that second time.
