Did you order a Nordell MK3 and now regret it? Or maybe your eye caught another product and your heart says yes? No worries. We are not some faceless corporation’s ordering system where a change request requires three forms, a notary’s certification, and the right phase of the moon. We are a 14-person company from Oulu. Things get handled by talking.
Can you make it before it ships?
Here is one decisive question: has the package already shipped?
We process orders quickly – sometimes too quickly. If you ordered just a moment ago, the odds are good. If you ordered last night and it’s now afternoon, the thing may already be in Posti’s hands. And then we’re all at Posti’s mercy.
- The package hasn’t shipped: We can swap the product, change the delivery method, or cancel the entire order. Easy.
- The package is already on its way: Then changes can’t be made on the fly. But you can return the product once it arrives and place a new order. The 14-day right of return applies to all online store purchases.
How to make a change
- Send a message to info@valco.fi – tell us your order number and what you want to change
- Be quick – the sooner you let us know, the more likely we can make it
- Say directly what you want – "I would like to exchange the Nordell MK3 for another product" is a perfect message. No need to write a novel.
If the price difference is positive, we’ll charge the difference. If it’s negative, we’ll refund the difference. Basic math.
What if I want to change the color?
Same deal. Send us a message before the package ships and we’ll change the color. Depression Blue changes to Fuckshia with a single message – as long as that color is in stock. Stock status varies, so ask first.
Return for an order that has already arrived
If the package is already at home, you have 14 days to return the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless it’s our mistake.
You can get return instructions from customer service – send a message to info@valco.fi and we’ll give you the exact address and instructions. Service and returns are handled in Kajaani.
If nothing else helps
If the situation feels like a knot – even if the system shows something weird or the payment went through but the order isn’t visible – send us a message. We’ll figure it out. Seriously. With this company you don’t need to call three times and wait through hold music. One email is enough.
