Is the discount 50€ or 60€?
Two different amounts for the same discount. No wonder you're scratching your head. Nobody wants to miss out on a tenner – especially when that tenner belongs to you, not us. Let's clear this up.
Where does the discrepancy come from?
In Valco's headphone recycling program, the discount amount depends on what you're replacing them with. When switching to VMK25 headphones, the discount is 60€. That fifty quid figure might have popped up in an old message or in the wrong spot on the website – or someone on our end just fat-fingered the number. These things happen when a 14-person company is trying to take over the world.
The correct amount for the VMK25 is 60 euros. That's the number that counts.
How to make sure you get the right discount
- Check the recycling program page at valco.fi – that's where you'll find the up-to-date discount amount and instructions for sending in your old headphones
- Use the discount code you received when ordering the VMK25 – the code takes 60€ off the total
- Check the code's validity before placing your order so there are no nasty surprises at checkout
- Send in your old headphones following the shipping instructions we provided – the recycling program requires that we get the old device back
If you were promised 50€ in some message, it's most likely a human error. We honour the amount stated in the recycling program terms, which is 60€.
If something's off
If the discount code doesn't work, the amount looks wrong at checkout, or something else seems dodgy, drop us a line at info@valco.fi. Let us know your order number and which code you're using, and we'll sort it out. No need to guess or do mental maths – we'll handle it for you.
