How to track the delivery?
You ordered the headphones, the money left your account, and now you’re staring at an empty inbox like Santa forgot your address. Don’t worry. Your package is on its way — it just hasn’t vanished into a black hole (our Death Star isn’t ready yet).
Why can’t you see the tracking link?
Usually the reason is one of these:
- The email went to spam. This is by far the most common reason. Email services sometimes decide our shipping confirmation is spam. Rude, but true.
- Your order is still being processed. We send the tracking link only after the package has actually been handed to the carrier. If you ordered last night, the package hasn’t physically gone anywhere yet. We have 14 people, not an Amazon warehouse.
- You entered your email address incorrectly when ordering. Happens more often than you’d think. One dot in the wrong place and the confirmation goes to some stranger in Tampere.
How to find the tracking details
- Check your spam folder. Search for "Valco" or "order confirmation." Also check the Promotions or Updates tabs if you use Gmail.
- Log in to Valco’s online store. Go to https://valco.fi, sign in, and open your order. The tracking link will appear there as soon as the package has been shipped.
- Check the order confirmation. You received an order confirmation right after purchase. The tracking link arrives separately later — usually within 1–3 business days.
- Try tracking directly with Posti or Matkahuolto. If you have an order number, you can try searching with it directly on the carrier’s website. Usually, though, the link we send is the easiest route.
How long does delivery take?
Domestic shipments usually leave in 1–2 business days and arrive in 2–5 business days. Sometimes faster. Posti is Posti — unfortunately we don’t control that organization, even if we’d sometimes like to.
If you ordered on Friday evening, the package will likely leave on Monday or Tuesday. On weekends, our team is in the sauna, not in the warehouse.
If that doesn’t help
If there’s no tracking link three business days after your order, send us a message at info@valco.fi. Include your order number and we’ll dig up the details. Usually it’s sorted in a couple of minutes.
And if the package has been "in transit" for a week and nobody knows where it is — then the problem is on the carrier’s side, but we’ll sort that out for you too. You shouldn’t have to wrestle with Posti alone.
VMK25 is worth the wait. But we get that waiting is a pain in the ass — especially when you know there’s 50 hours of battery life and sound fine‑tuned by Jasse waiting in the box.
