As soon as your package is on its way, we send you an email with a tracking link (if your selected shipping method supports it). So no need to stalk the mailbox – stalking your inbox is enough.
If you've bothered to create a customer account in our webshop, you'll also find the same info in the "Order history" section. If you haven't bothered, no worries – the email will do the job.
If the email doesn't show up, check your spam folder. Our messages sometimes end up there, perhaps because providers don't appreciate our sense of humour.
