This is our trump card. Valco headphones are designed to be serviceable, and we have our own service operation in Finland.
If someone sits on the headphones at the office Christmas party, we can very likely repair them (for a small fee). If the device has a manufacturing defect, the warranty covers the repair at no cost. Our principle is to repair headphones first, rather than sending faulty ones to electronic waste and shipping new replacements. It is more ecological and makes more sense all around.
