Where do you ship?
We ship practically everywhere in the world. If the postman can’t find your address, it’s more of a local logistics problem than ours. (Exception: Bolivia, where deliveries are handled by Pablo and his donkey Mañana.)
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch parcels within a few business days of your order. After that, delivery time depends entirely on how fast the postman runs – or how long the driver’s coffee break is.
Do you offer express shipping?
Our standard shipping is already quite swift. If you live in the middle of nowhere, “express shipping” mostly means the plane takes off a bit earlier. Teleportation delivery isn’t available yet (unfortunately).
How can I track my order?
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When the parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send another message with an estimated delivery date and a tracking code (if the chosen shipping method supports it).
You can also track your order through the “Order History” section in your account on our website – if you’ve bothered to create one. If not, the email will do the job.
What if I’m not home?
If you’re not home, the courier will often try again the next day or leave a note saying your parcel is waiting at the post office. In some countries, the driver may even call to arrange a new time. In Lapland, the alternative might be a ski trip to the nearest post office.
Are there taxes on international shipments?
If you live outside the EU, you’ll need to pay customs duties and taxes. These are handled locally, and the shipping company will bill you directly in your own currency (unfortunately not in reindeer or sweet potatoes).
If you want exact amounts, check your courier’s website – they have all the tables and bureaucratic joys covered.
