Do we accept returns?
Yes! But we're not a charity, so a few conditions apply:
• The product was purchased from Valco’s own webshop (not from your neighbour’s garage sale).
• The product is in resaleable condition – meaning you haven’t used it at a weekend party or let the dog have a go at it.
• Everything that was originally in the box is still there.
• The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The product is returned within 14 days of the return request.

Can I exchange a product?
Absolutely! Exchanges follow the same rules as returns. When you get in touch, just let us know straight away that you’d like to swap for a different model, so we know what you’re after.
Are returns free?
• Within the EU, returns are free – we’ll send you the instructions and labels, and your parcel is on its way without your wallet shedding a tear.
• Outside the EU, the buyer covers return shipping, because customs, borders, and bureaucracy are things beyond our control.

How long does processing take?
• Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.
• Refund, exchange, or store credit is issued within 14 days of the return being approved.
All in all, the process is faster than a Finnish summer but slower than a weekend.
