What's happening with my order?
When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email from us so you know the money didn't disappear into the digital void. You'll also get a link where you can track your order's progress – a bit like Netflix, but with a less exciting plot.
When your order leaves the warehouse, you'll get another email with an estimated delivery date and a tracking code (if your chosen delivery method supports one). If you went for the cheapest possible shipping option, you'll have to wait like you're expecting Santa: no tracking, just hope and faith.
You can also check your order status in the order history of your account on our website – if you remembered to create one. If not, email is your best friend.
Can I modify my order?
If your order is still in the "someone is packing it right now" stage, changes can be made. Once the status is "preparing for shipping", "shipped", or "delivered", the game is over and the package is already on its way.
If you need to make changes, email us straight away at info@valco.fi. The sooner you shout, the better chance we have of grabbing the package in time.
Where do you ship to?
We ship practically anywhere in the world. If you live somewhere without electricity, internet, or a postal service, things might get tricky.
Special exception: Bolivia. Deliveries there are handled by Pablo, who carries packages on the back of his faithful donkey Mañana. (Yes, there is a photo of this. No, we don't include it with every order.)
When can I expect my order?
Normally we ship all orders within a few business days of the purchase date (unless it's a pre-order). Delivery usually arrives faster than the neighbour's delivery moped passes by, but sometimes the postal service does its own thing.
If your package is on its way to, say, a remote island on Mururoa Atoll, we can't give an exact estimate. But if more than three weeks have gone by with no sign of it, send us a message. We'll sort it out – even if that means interviewing carrier pigeons and Pablo's donkey Mañana.
