Return policy
All products purchased from our own online store come with a 14-day return right. The only rule: the product must be in a condition that lets us sell it to the next happy customer without having to explain why the box has coffee rings or why the headphones smell like a caterpillar carnival.
In other words: no signs of use, no broken parts, no suspicious stains.
How to return
• Make sure you bought the product from our own online store (items purchased elsewhere must be returned where you bought them).
• Send us a message at info@valco.fi.
• Our team will give you return instructions and any codes you need.
• Pack the product carefully and send it back – so easy that even our warehouse guy manages it.
