If your headphones are broken right from the start, that's not a "feature" but a genuine manufacturing defect. And yes – it is of course covered by warranty.
Our logic goes like this: you pay for the headphones → you receive the headphones → the headphones work. If this formula doesn't hold, we owe you a working pair.
So if you notice right away that something isn't working as it should, get in touch with us at info@valco.fi. Our team will guide you forward: usually the faulty unit comes to us for service, and you'll get a working one in return.
The goal is for you to have working headphones on your head, not a decoration on your desk.
