When to reset?
A reset is a good idea when:
- The Bluetooth connection is not working properly
- ANC is behaving strangely
- The headphones won’t connect to any device
- The buttons are not working normally
- The multipoint connection is causing problems
Reset steps
1. Turn off the headphones by sliding the power switch to the OFF position.
2. Hold the MFB button (multifunction button) and the Vol− button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
3. The LED flashes red three times — this confirms the reset.
4. Release the buttons.
5. The headphones are now at factory settings. All Bluetooth pairings have been removed.
After the reset
1. Remove “Valco VMK15” from the Bluetooth settings of all your devices.
2. Turn on the headphones — they will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the headphones with your devices again.
4. Test all functions: Bluetooth, ANC, buttons.
