The LED is solid red — are the headphones broken?
No! A red LED simply means the battery is low. Plug the headphones in to charge and the “problem” will fix itself. Nothing to worry about.
The headphones won’t turn on — what do I do?
The battery is most likely completely dead. Plug the headphones in to charge and wait at least 15–30 minutes before trying to turn them on again. If the battery has been completely flat for a long time, the headphones may need a moment to wake up.
The charging light stays on even when the battery is full — is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. The charging light behaviour varies slightly between different charging cycles. You can safely disconnect the cable once charging has lasted 2–3 hours.
Can I make phone calls with the headphones?
Yes! The VMK15 has a built-in microphone. Answer calls by pressing the MFB button. End a call by pressing MFB again. Reject a call by holding MFB.
Does ANC work in wired mode?
Yes, but only if the headphones are powered on. When the headphones are used in wired mode without power, ANC does not work — they function as passive headphones in that case.
The headphones connect to the wrong device
If you have paired the headphones with multiple devices, they automatically connect to the most recently used one. If this is the wrong device, turn off its Bluetooth and restart the headphones — they will connect to the next device in memory.
In multipoint mode, the headphones connect to the two most recently used devices simultaneously.
How many devices do the headphones remember?
The VMK15 remembers several paired devices. With multipoint you can be connected to two devices at the same time, but the headphones can store more devices in memory.
Are the headphones suitable for sports?
The VMK15 are over-ear headphones, so they are not the best choice for intense exercise. They work fine for walks and light workouts, but for running and vigorous activity, earbuds (such as the NL21 or NL25) are a better option.
The VMK15 is also not waterproof, so avoid using them in the rain.
