When to reset?
A reset is appropriate when:
- Bluetooth connection is not working properly
- ANC is behaving strangely
- The headphones do not connect to any device
- Buttons are not working normally
- Multipoint connection is causing problems
Reset steps
1. Turn on the headphones
2. Hold the Vol+ and Vol- buttons simultaneously for approximately 5 seconds.
3. The LED light flashes three times — this confirms the reset.
4. Release the buttons.
5. The headphones are now at factory settings. All Bluetooth pairings have been removed.
After the reset
1. Remove "Valco VMK15" from the Bluetooth settings of all your devices.
2. Turn on the headphones — they will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. Pair the headphones with your devices again.
4. Test all functions: Bluetooth, ANC, buttons.
