NL21 – How to Reset

Your NL21 headphones aren't working correctly, and you want to reset them to factory settings.

Quick Fix

Place the headphones in their case, then press and hold the case's button for 10 seconds. The LED will flash — the reset is complete.

When to Reset?

You should reset your NL21s when:
