Valco headphones can be repaired even after the warranty period

Are your headphones an older model? Is the warranty no longer valid? Did you break them yourself and feel embarrassed to send them in? No worries! At Valco, we don't appreciate headphone waste. If your headphones ended up under your backside or the dog ate them, send them to us for repair.
Just buy a repair kit and send your headphones to us — we'll fix your broken headphones and return them to you in working condition. The package includes the repair, spare parts, and shipping both ways.
Valco's headphone repair service covers everything that a normal warranty does not. In other words, if the warranty period has expired or you broke the headphones yourself. By paying only a fraction of the price of new headphones, you can extend their lifespan just as much as if you bought new ones.
This applies only to VMK25.2, VMK25, VMK20, VMK19, and VMK15 headphone models sold by Valco or authorized retailers.
Technical specifications
Repair service for Valco VMK15, VMK19, VMK20, VMK25 and VMK25.2 headphones. The service package includes inspection of the headphones, required spare parts, possible battery replacement, and shipping in both directions within the EU.
The process works as follows. First purchase the repair service package. After the order you will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions by email. Pack the headphones, include the service form (or at least the service ID and your contact details) and a short description of the issue, then send the package to us.
The repair service is currently available only within the EU due to customs procedures (we simply do not have the time or energy to deal with that). The headphones must be repairable. If less than half of the components can be reused, they are considered beyond repair. If you are unsure, you can confirm repairability with our customer service in advance.
