If your headphones are acting up more than an average Windows update, it's time to send them to us for service. Don't worry – the process is easier than assembling an IKEA shelf (and doesn't involve a single Allen key).
Here's how the process works, step by step:
• Contact customer service. Tell us what's wrong with your headphones. Our minions want to know the symptoms so we can prepare. With a bit of luck, the fault might not even require sending them to us. If the fault is not covered by warranty,
• You'll receive instructions and a shipping code. We will send you instructions and a ready-to-use return code if you are within Finland. Sending from abroad might require a few extra steps, but we'll help you with that too.
• Pack your headphones carefully
• Preferably use the original box or something similar.
• Include a note with your name, email, and a description of the fault. (We're not mind readers – even if we sometimes seem like it.)
• Take the package to Matkahuolto and send it off. Write the code on the package, leave the package with Matkahuolto, and let logistics handle the rest.
• We'll repair and return them. Once the headphones arrive at our workshop, we'll fix them up and send them back – usually faster than the Finnish summer ends.
