If your headphones are broken, but the warranty no longer covers the repair, you still have a few options:
• Service: We can usually offer paid service or spare parts, such as new ear pads. Please contact our customer service and describe the fault in more detail. We will find out if the headphones can still be repaired.

• Upgrade to new headphones: If you don't want to repair your old ones, you can include them in our trade-in program. This way, you can easily get new, working headphones a bit more affordably.
Trade In Your Old Headphones
• Recycling: If the headphones can no longer be used, please remember to recycle them properly. Electronics should be returned to an electrical and electronic waste (WEEE) collection point. This ensures that the materials can be reused.
