Most of the time the problem is caused by the environment:
• Too many other Bluetooth devices nearby
• Walls, furniture, or other obstacles in the signal path
• Too much distance between the device and the transmitter
First things to try:
• Move closer to the device sending the audio
• Turn Bluetooth off and back on again
• Reset the headphones if the problem continues
