How do I order the Nordell MK3 internationally?
You live somewhere other than Finland and want to get your hands on the Nordell MK3. Or maybe you live in Finland but want to send the speaker as a gift to someone in another country. Perhaps you want a separate invoice for a business order to a different address. Understandable—international commerce sounds complicated, but we’ve already sold these to over 58 countries. We’ve got this.
Where do we ship?
Practically almost anywhere. Shipping within Europe is straightforward, and the online store automatically shows the available shipping methods and prices at checkout. When shipping outside the EU, local duties and taxes may be added to the order—they are the recipient’s responsibility, and Valco cannot influence them. We don’t hide this in the small print; we say it outright.
- EU countries: Delivery usually 3–10 business days. VAT is included in the price.
- Non-EU countries: Delivery may take longer. Duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer.
- Shipping costs: You’ll see the exact price at checkout once you enter the address.
Payment and invoicing
In the online store, you pay as usual by card or with the other payment methods shown at checkout. If you need a business order with a separate invoice, that’s possible too—but in that case, it’s best to message us directly.
A typical scenario: you want one invoice for the company and another for yourself. Or you want to order ten units as corporate gifts. These can be arranged, but not automatically through the online store.
- Single order: Order directly from the valco.fi store. The easiest way.
- Business order or separate invoices: Send an email to info@valco.fi and tell us what you need. We’ll take care of the rest.
- Larger batches or reselling: Same address. Our sales team will reply.
For German-speaking customers
Germany is a big market for us, so there’s no need to worry. We ship to Germany regularly, and our customer service can also help in German. Schreiben Sie uns einfach – wir helfen gerne.
If anything is unclear
International orders sometimes come with surprises. The local post decides to hold the package hostage, customs wants a stack of paperwork, or the address was entered incorrectly. In these situations:
- Check the tracking code — we’ll send it by email when the package ships.
- Check your local customs requirements — especially outside the EU.
- Contact us if the package isn’t moving or something’s wrong: info@valco.fi
We don’t sit on our hands. If the problem is on our side, we’ll fix it. If the problem is with Posti or customs, we’ll help sort it out too—even if we can’t promise miracles with international logistics.
