When people asked for years when Valco would make earbuds, we always replied: "When we figure out how to do it well enough." Well, now we have. Here are the NL25 — wireless earbuds with noise cancellation, great sound, and enough Finnish attitude that you could practically pay for a petrol station coffee with them.
What makes these special?
• Noise cancellation – Yes, ANC in earbuds too. No more train rattling, open-plan office noise, or the neighbour's lawnmower. You only hear what you want to hear.
• Physical buttons – We're not interested in touch controls that don't work with gloves on. NL25 has real buttons. Click, and it's done.
• Sound – Jasse "Jazmanaut" Kesti tuned the frequencies so that music sounds balanced and pleasant. No excessive bass, no treble that causes ringing in your ears — just a great overall sound.
• Comfort – Shaped to fit the ear, with different-sized memory foam and silicone tips included. Stays in place even on a run, unless you're sprinting from a bear.
Battery life – small size, big endurance
The NL25 battery lasts up to 6 hours on a single charge, and the case provides additional power for several more days. You can also charge one earbud at a time in the case, so if you want, music never has to stop — one bud in your ear and the other charging.
