Sometimes your earbuds get a bit confused and refuse to connect properly. When that happens, a quick pairing reset is usually the fix – the earbuds will forget their old settings, and you can connect them again.
How to Reset and Re-pair Your NL25 Earbuds
• Remove old pairings: Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget/remove the NL25 device.
• Power off the earbuds:• Take both earbuds out of their charging case.
• Press and hold the button on both earbuds until you hear “power off” and see a red light flash. The lights should then turn off completely.
• If one earbud happens to be off already and turns on when pressed, power it off again with another press.
• Reset from the case:
• Place both earbuds back into the charging case, but leave the lid open.
• Press the button on the case for about 5 seconds, until the earbud lights start flashing. Release the button.
• Let the earbuds pair with each other:
• After a moment, the lights on both earbuds will flash blue.
• Wait until the light on one earbud turns off, and the other earbud's light starts flashing blue and red. This means they are in pairing mode.
• Reconnect: Create a Bluetooth pairing with your device by selecting NL25 from the list.
