How fast will my NL25 be delivered?

Patience is a virtue, but it's nobody's hobby. We totally get it – when you've just forked out for new buds, you'd prefer to have them yesterday. Let's go through how Valco deliveries work and what to expect.

Standard delivery time

When the NL25 is in stock, orders typically ship from us within 1–3 business days. The postal service or courier handles the rest, and within Finland your package usually arrives within 3–7 business days from ordering. So best case we're talking about a week, worst case a bit over a week.

For international deliveries, shipping takes longer – depends on the country and how the local postal service happens to be feeling that day.

What if the product is out of stock?

Time to be honest here. The NL25 is popular, and sometimes stock runs out faster than we can replenish it. If the product is temporarily out of stock, delivery time stretches out. Could be weeks. Sometimes even a couple.

We can't conjure products out of thin air – while the Death Star plans are progressing nicely, teleportation technology is still in development. The factory in China is doing their best, but sometimes logistics is just... logistics.

If you order a product that's out of stock, you'll still get an order confirmation. That doesn't mean your package is already on its way. It means we've taken your money and will send the earbuds your way as soon as they're available.
