My NL25 order isn’t showing in tracking
You’ve clicked 'Order', the money has left your account, a confirmation pinged your email – but the tracking link shows nothing. Or 'order not found.' The feeling is the same as on Christmas Eve when the parcel doesn’t arrive: a mix of panic and anger.
No worries. Your money hasn’t vanished into the black hole of the internet. The order exists.
Why isn’t tracking showing up?
The reason is mundane and has nothing to do with the Death Star’s construction budget. When we confirm the order, it is passed on to our logistics partner (usually Posti or another courier service). The partner creates a tracking code and scans the parcel into their system. There is a delay in between.
Typical reasons:
- The logistics partner hasn’t scanned the parcel yet. This usually takes 12–24 hours. Sometimes longer if the order went out in the evening or on a weekend.
- The tracking link activates only once the parcel is in motion. The code exists, but it won’t show anything before the first scan.
- For international orders, the delay is longer. If you live outside Finland, tracking may update only once the parcel crosses the border or changes carrier.
- The email went to spam. Check your spam folder. Our messages end up there sometimes, because email servers trust small Finnish companies about as much as banks trust freelancers.
How to check the situation
- Wait 24 hours from the order confirmation. We know, waiting is a pain in the ass. But tracking systems aren’t real-time, even though it’s 2025.
- Check the order confirmation email. It should contain a tracking link or code. Try the link again after a day.
- Try the tracking code directly on the carrier’s website. If the link doesn’t work, copy just the tracking code and enter it on Posti’s, DHL’s, or another courier’s own tracking page.
- Check spam. If you can’t find the confirmation email anywhere, log in to Valco’s online store and check the order status there.
If that doesn’t help
If 48 hours have passed and there’s still nothing showing in tracking, send us a message at info@valco.fi. Include your order number and we’ll dig up the information. We can see in our own system where the parcel is, even if the public tracking is still slacking off.
If the order is international and tracking has shown the same status for over a week, that’s also a reason to contact us. Sometimes parcels end up chatting with customs for longer than anyone would like.
NL25 headphones will make it to you. They do have Bluetooth 5.4, so in theory they could navigate on their own — but for now we trust Posti. Which is, admittedly, a bold choice.
