Sometimes it happens. Maybe you accidentally ordered twice, your partner beat you to it, or the earphones just didn't sit right in your ears. We're not offended – okay, maybe a little – but we've made the return process easy.
Why return?
The most common reasons for returns are duplicate orders (romantic, really, when both of you try to surprise each other) and the product not meeting expectations. Either way, we've got you covered.
In Finland and the EU, online purchases come with a 14-day return policy from the moment the package lands in your hands. This is a legal right, not our generosity – though we'd love to take credit for it.
How to return your order
- Dig up your order confirmation – That email you got when you placed the order. It contains a link to manage your order.
- Log in to the order management page and select return. The system will give you return instructions and the address.
- Pack the earphones in the original packaging, if you've still got it. It doesn't need to be pristine, but all parts need to be included: earbuds, case, tips, cable.
- Send the package as instructed. Return shipping costs are unfortunately on you – we're not quite rich enough to cover everyone's return postage yet. The Death Star is only 0.00003% complete, after all.
We'll refund you using the same payment method you used for the order. The refund is processed within a few business days of the package arriving at our end.
If your order hasn't shipped yet
For pre-orders or if the package hasn't been sent yet, it's even easier. Just shoot us an email at info@valco.fi with your order number, and we'll cancel the order before it even leaves the building. Saves us both the hassle.
Klarna orders
If you paid with Klarna and the order has gone into a dispute state or the payment is still open, don't panic. Send us a message with your order number and we'll sort things out with Klarna. This is usually just red tape, nothing serious.
If nothing works
If the order management page isn't working, you can't find your order confirmation, or something else goes sideways, just message us directly at info@valco.fi. Include your order number (or at least the name and email you used to order), and we'll dig up your order and handle things manually.
Oh, and hey – if the reason for your return is that the buds won't stay in your ears, try swapping to a different size of the memory foam tips that came in the box first. Loads of people have written off the earphones when the real culprit was the wrong tip size. Just saying.
