Charging the Headphones
Your NL21 headphones charge in their charging case. Place the headphones in their correct positions — magnets will guide them into place.
LED indicator lights on the case show the charging status. Charging the headphones from empty to full takes approximately 1-2 hours in the case.
Charging the Case
The charging case is charged with a USB-C cable.
1. Connect the USB-C cable to the port at the bottom of the case.
2. Connect the other end to a charger.
3. The LED indicator light will show the case's charging status.
4. Charging the case fully takes approximately 1.5-2 hours.
A fully charged case can charge the headphones multiple times. In practice, the case provides many additional hours of listening time.
Battery Life
NL21 headphones offer several hours of listening time on a single charge. With the charging case, the total listening time multiplies.
Factors affecting battery life:
- Volume (higher volume = shorter duration)
- Number of calls (microphone consumes extra power)
- Bluetooth codec and connection quality
Extending Battery Life
- Always place the headphones in the case when not in use. They will charge automatically.
- Keep the volume at a moderate level.
- Always close the charging case lid — an open lid consumes the case's battery.
