If your tracking code isn't working at all – meaning the system stubbornly claims the package doesn't exist – don't panic just yet. You haven't received an empty package, and the post office hasn't secretly kept your headphones.
Often, the issue is that the shipping company's system updates slower than grandma's WhatsApp group messages. So, the code does work, but the information will only appear once the package is properly registered in their system. This can take a day or two.
If tracking still hasn't updated after a couple of days, please send us a message at info@valco.fi, and our agents will investigate where your package is hiding. It usually turns up – we rarely have to track down a black hole residing in a DHL warehouse.
