Are your headphones on death's door?
No worries. Even if the warranty has long since expired, we don't throw your headphones in the bin. That's why we invented the repair kit – it covers what the warranty no longer reaches.
What does the repair kit include?
• Full overhaul – no loose cables left dangling or cups left out of shape.
• Spare parts included in the price (yes, the battery will be replaced if it has given up the ghost).
• Shipping both ways within the EU – no hidden fees or surprises, except maybe that someone else is footing the bill.
And if your dog chewed your headphones for breakfast or you tried charging them with an EV fast charger – send the wreckage to us! We'll put them back together and return them like new, for a fraction of the price of a new pair.
Who is the service for?
• Only for models VMK19, VMK20 and VMK25.
• It doesn't matter whether the fault appeared at the end of warranty or is entirely self-caused – we'll sort it out.
• The service currently operates within the EU only – customs bureaucracy would otherwise eat the whole thing.
How does the process work?
• Buy the repair kit from Valco's online store.
• Contact our customer service and you'll receive a shipping label and detailed instructions.
• Pack the headphones carefully (not just in a sock, please), include your order number, contact details, and describe what's broken – we're not mind readers.
• Send the package. We'll fix it and return your headphones to you in working order.
