Do products have a warranty?
They do! Our products come with a 24-month warranty – that’s a full two years of worry-free life. The warranty covers all products we manufacture and sell through our webshop. In other words, if the product breaks down without you doing anything particularly unwise, we’ll repair or replace it.
The warranty applies under these conditions:
• The product was purchased from our webshop (not from grandma’s attic).
• The repair request is made within 24 months of delivery.
• The product is returned to us within 14 days of contacting us.

Do you have physical stores?
No. We’re an online shop crew. But don’t worry – we have authorised retailers in Finland and elsewhere in Europe, so you don’t need to trek to Lapland searching for the sacred Valco store.
