If your headphones have snapped or otherwise given up on you – for example, the headband is cracked, the cushion is falling apart, or a button has gone limp – don't worry. 😅
First, consider whether it's a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during use. Our warranty service covers manufacturing defects and material faults.
What to do:

• Our team will guide you to the right solution: usually this means sending the product to our service center, where the faulty parts will be repaired or replaced.
If the warranty has already expired or the damage was self-inflicted – for example, a snowblower decided to have a taste of your headphones or they ended up under a tractor tire – don't worry. We have a paid repair package that lets you send the headphones to our service center. Our team will fix them up, and you'll be back to listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks like nothing ever happened. 🎧💪
