Charging
The VMK15 charges via USB-C. The charging port is on the right ear cup.
1. Plug the USB-C cable into the headphones.
2. Plug the other end into a charger. Use a 5V/2A charger or a USB port.
3. The LED turns red while charging.
4. When the battery is full, the LED changes color or turns off.
Charging time from empty to full is approximately 2-3 hours.
Important note on charging power
The VMK15 supports a maximum of 5V/2A, i.e. 10W charging. Do not use fast chargers (Quick Charge, USB Power Delivery, etc.) directly. Use a regular USB charger.
Most fast chargers can negotiate the correct voltage, but to be safe a basic USB charger is the best choice.
Battery life
The VMK15's 1050 mAh battery offers plenty of listening time on a single charge.
With ANC on the battery lasts slightly less than without ANC — but the difference is not dramatic.
The LED turns red when the battery is low. That's your cue to find the charging cable.
Remember: wired, the headphones work even without a battery (but without ANC).
Battery care tips
- Avoid charging the headphones in extreme temperatures.
- Don't let the battery drain completely every time — charge when there's still 10-20% left.
- If you're not using the headphones for a long time, charge them to around half and store in a dry, cool place.
