Nordell Micro order hasn't arrived – what to do?
You ordered a small Bluetooth speaker, got the order confirmation, maybe even a tracking link – and then silence. It’s as if the package vanished into the Bermuda Triangle. Or into Posti’s sorting center, which is practically the same thing.
No worries. In most cases the order does make it to you. Here’s a troubleshooting guide before we declare the package lost.
Why hasn’t the package arrived yet?
There are a few reasons, and most of them aren’t on us – but we’ll be honest and list them anyway:
- Tracking information updates with a delay. Especially for international orders, tracking may show the same status for days. The package isn’t lost; it’s just sitting in some terminal waiting its turn.
- Customs and import. Packages going outside the EU can be held by customs. Sometimes customs wants additional information or fees before releasing the package.
- Posti or the courier service is congested. Around holidays, during strikes, or just because it’s Monday, deliveries slow down.
- There’s an error in the address. One wrong number in the postal code and the package heads in a completely different direction.
How to figure out what’s going on
- Pull up your order confirmation. You received it by email when you placed the order. It includes your order number and usually a tracking link.
- Click the tracking link. See where the package actually is. If the status is "In transit" or "Shipped", the package is still moving – give it 1–3 business days.
- Check the address details. Log in to your valco.fi account and make sure the delivery address is correct. Typos happen easily.
- Check your mailbox and nearby pickup point. The courier may have left a notice that got buried under junk mail. Also check your spam folder – electronic arrival notices end up there surprisingly often.
- Contact the delivery service. If the tracking shows the courier’s name (PostNord, Posti, DHL, GLS), contact them directly with the tracking number. They know the exact location of the package better than we do.
If nothing helps
If the package has been "in transit" for over two weeks and tracking hasn’t updated, it’s time for us to step in.

- Order number (found in the order confirmation)
- Tracking details if you have them
- Delivery address where the package was supposed to be delivered
We’ll check with our logistics partner to find out where the package is hiding. If it’s truly lost, we’ll make it right – we won’t leave you without a speaker.
Fighting with Posti or a courier is a pain in the ass, but we have experience with it. You don’t have to handle it alone. And once that Nordell Micro finally arrives, you’ll understand why the wait was worth it – 200 grams of sound that handles water better than your patience handled this delivery.
