Most often, it's a minor connection or settings issue:
• Check that your earbuds are properly connected to your device.
• Turn Bluetooth off and on again.
• Try resetting your earbuds – often a quick reset will get sound flowing into both ears.
If you're using NL25 earbuds, you might be experiencing the so-called Van Gogh mode 🎨 – where one earbud decides to pursue its own artistic path and goes silent. The solution is simple: re-pair the earbuds, and both will spring back to life.
