Ordering headphones internationally isn't rocket science. But you'd be surprised how often people fumble the address, and then the package ends up circling some Central European sorting facility like a lost suitcase at the airport.
Here's how to make sure your NL21s actually find their way home.
Why doesn't the package arrive?
Usually the reason is dead simple: something's missing from the address. The postal code was forgotten, the country was left out, or the street address is so short that the courier has no idea where to go. Sometimes the address is written in a character set the system doesn't recognise – Cyrillic or Asian characters don't always make it through.
We ship NL21 headphones to over 58 countries, so international deliveries are just another Tuesday for us. The problem is rarely on our end. It's just that address field that needs to be filled in properly.
How to enter your address correctly
Follow these guidelines and your package will find its way home:
- Full name – First and last name, exactly as it appears on your doorbell or mailbox
- Street address – Street name and number. If you live in an apartment building, add the entrance and apartment number
- Postal code – This is the big one. Without a postal code, your package ends up in limbo
- City – Write the city that actually matches the postal code
- Country – Select the country from the dropdown menu. If you're typing it manually, use the English name (e.g. "Germany", not "Saksa" or "Deutschland")
- Phone number – Add the country code at the front (e.g. +49 for Germany, +44 for the UK). The courier might call if the doorbell doesn't work
