Are there spare eartips for NL21?
A classic. One eartip disappears into some black hole – into the sofa, the washing machine, or the dog’s stomach – and then you listen to music for half a year without it until you finally get around to sorting it out. No worries. We’ve got spare eartips.
Why do eartips go missing?
Earbud eartips are small. Small things get lost. It’s a law of physics we can’t do anything about. Silicone tips also wear over time – they harden, loosen up, or simply decide to go their own way. After about a year of use, it’s perfectly normal for the tips to start looking tired. That’s not a manufacturing defect, just everyday life.
The right size tip, however, is pretty essential. With the wrong size, the earbuds won’t stay in your ear, sound leaks out, and the bass vanishes like beers at a festival. So it’s worth getting this sorted.

- Place your order, wait for the mail (or whatever they’re up to these days), and swap the tips
The spare eartip pack includes different-sized tips, so you can also try whether another size suits you better than your original choice. Many people only realize they’ve switched to something better after trying all the options.
Eartip replacement in practice
You don’t need to be a rocket scientist:
- Pull off the old tip – twist and pull. If there’s still any old tip there.
- Push the new tip into place – press it firmly onto the earbud nozzle.
- Check the fit – put the earbud in your ear and make sure it sits securely and doesn’t fall out when you turn your head.
If the earbud feels loose, try one size larger tip. If it presses or feels uncomfortable, try a smaller one. The right size is the one that feels like there’s nothing extra in your ear.
